The AB-3000 2.0 is a high-quality option for people who want a rock-solid, FID bench. The built-in leg rollers and adjustable pin allow the lifter to be comfortable and secure during decline movements. Eight back and five seat positions provide numerous setting options. The AB-3000 2.0 has five color options, as well.

The incline positions went from being 20, 35, 50, and 65 degrees to 15, 30, 45, 60, and 70 degrees. The top incline position remains 85, and the decline angle remains -12. The new back pad angles and updated material provide more user-friendly positioning.

The AB-3000 leg roller did not have an option to lock into a set position. The AB-3000 2.0 leg roller has six different settings that you can lock in using the included pins. The leg roller also now extends out farther to be more comfortable for lifters with bigger calves or who prefer that position.

The new CleanGrip pads are denser to ensure durability and have more grip than the previous pads. They are also easier to clean – the smaller perforations trap less dirt and debris. The edges of the pads are also improved. The pad cover is thicker and also tighter, which means no bunching or looseness.
