REP Fitness – Win a Trip to FIBO Cologne 2027 

Official Terms and Conditions 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. Promoter 

The promoter of this prize draw (the "Promotion") is REP Fitness UK ltd a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16393930, whose registered office is at Windsor House, Bayshill Road, Cheltenham, GL50 3AT (the "Promoter", "we" or "us").

2. Eligibility 

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lativa, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. 

The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, officers or agents of the Promoter or its group companies, their immediate families or members of their household, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. 

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. We may ask any entrant or the winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency. 

3. Promotion Period 

The Promotion opens at 00:00 BST on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter, complete the online entry form at https://uk.repfitness.com/pages/fibo-giveaway during the Promotion Period, providing the information requested, and pass any verification checks (such as email verification or fraud screening) set by the Promoter. 

Entry is by online form only. Entries submitted through social media comments, direct messages or any other method will not be accepted. The Promotion may be promoted on social media, but social media activity does not count as an entry. 

Limit of one entry per person. Entries made using multiple email addresses, identities or devices, or by bots, scripts, macros or other automated means, will be disqualified. 

Entry is free. No purchase is required and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. 

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or that do not comply with these terms will be void. We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons. 

5. Marketing Preferences 

You do not need to sign up to marketing to enter or win. The entry form includes a separate, optional tick box to receive marketing emails from REP Fitness. If you do not tick it, your details will only be used to run the Promotion (see section 10) and you will not be added to our marketing emails. 

If you do opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails. 

6. The Prize 

There is one prize of a trip for two people to FIBO 2027 in Cologne, Germany, taking place from Thursday 8 April to Sunday 11 April 2027. The prize includes: 

(a) two nights' accommodation for two people sharing one room at the Hilton Cologne, or a hotel of a similar standard and value if this becomes unavailable, on dates that match the winner's chosen FIBO days; (b) two 2-day passes to FIBO 2027, for two consecutive days of the winner's choice between Thursday 8 April and Sunday 11 April 2027, subject to availability; (c) return economy flights for two people to Cologne or a nearby airport, up to a value of £300 per person (£600 in total), from an airport in the winner's country of residence; (d) spending money of up to £500 (or the equivalent in euros for EU winners), provided as a prepaid card / bank transfer before travel. 

The approximate total value of the prize is £2,000 (approximately €2,300). The winner may choose which FIBO dates to attend, subject to availability. Travel must take place on the FIBO 2027 dates Thursday 8 April and Sunday 11 April 2027, and all bookings will be made by the Promoter. 

Anything not listed above is not included, including travel to and from the departure airport, travel insurance, meals, transfers and other personal expenses. The winner (and any guest) must be 18 or over and is subject to the same eligibility requirements. 

7. Prize Substitution 

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 

If the winner is unable to attend FIBO, the Promoter will offer a REP Fitness gift card of similar value to the prize instead. 

If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative of equal or greater value. 

8. Winner Selection and Notification 

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries by the Promoter (using Gleam’s random draw tool) within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period. 

The winner will be notified by email using the address provided on entry within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification and may be asked to confirm eligibility and sign a declaration of eligibility and acceptance. 

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these terms, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner drawn. We are not responsible for notifications that are not received due to spam filters or incorrect contact details. 

9. Publicity 

If the winner agrees, we may use their name, county/country and likeness in publicity about the Promotion. We will ask for the winner’s consent before doing so, and taking part in publicity is not a condition of receiving the prize. 

Under our legal obligations, we may be required to share the winner’s name and country if requested (see section 13). 

10. Data Protection 

The Promoter is the data controller of personal data collected through this Promotion. We will use entrants’ personal data to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with UK GDPR, the EU GDPR (for EU entrants) and our Privacy Policy at https://uk.repfitness.com/pages/rep-uk-pricing-policy. 

The entry form is hosted by Gleam, which processes data on our behalf. Winner details will be shared with travel and accommodation providers only as needed to book the prize. 

Entry data for entrants who have not opted into marketing will be kept only as long as needed to run the Promotion and deal with any queries, and then deleted within 9 months of the Promotion closing. 

You have rights to access, correct and delete your data, among others. To exercise them, contact helpdesk@repfitness.com. 

11. General 

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion or these terms if events outside our reasonable control (including fraud, technical failure or unauthorised intervention) affect its proper running. Any changes will be published on the Promotion page. 

We may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms. 

The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, acting reasonably. No correspondence will be entered into about the results except as set out in section 13. 

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube or any other social network. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to any social network. 

12. Liability 

Except where this cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by entrants or the winner in connection with the Promotion or the prize, including travel delays or cancellations by third-party providers. 

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. 

13. Winner Information 

To request the winner’s name and country, send an email to yasminh@repfitness.com within four (4) weeks of the end of the Promotion Period. 

14. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or an EU country, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. 

15. Acceptance 

By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these terms and conditions.
