Last updated: September 2025
Who are we?
We are Rep Fitness Europe A/S (for the purposes of this notice “REP”, “us”, “we”). Our contact details can be found in our Privacy Notice.
What does this notice cover?
This notice relates to how your information is collected by cookies and other tracking technologies when you are using this website (the “Site”) and email communications. You may access and change your cookie preferences at any time. For more information, see the “How you can control and say no to the cookies we use” section below.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes a unique identifier. Cookies are created when your browser loads a particular website. The website sends information to the browser which then creates a text file. Every time the user goes back to the same website, the browser retrieves and sends this file to the website’s server. Find out more about the use of cookies on www.allaboutcookies.org.
First-party cookies are those cookies that are placed by us or our provider of our online store on the Site. These cookies are used by us and include all the essential cookies.
Third-party cookies are placed by another company, including third-party marketing and advertising companies. Cookies placed by third parties can be read by these third parties when you visit other sites in the advertising network, allowing a profile of your online behavior to be created so that the third party can deliver targeted ads from all its customers.
We use Google as a third-party vendor which places Analytics cookies on the Site. You can read Google’s privacy information here.
What are other tracking technologies?
We also use other forms of tracking technologies (such as tracking pixels) which serve a similar purpose to cookies and which allow us to monitor and improve the Site and email communications. We use Meta tracking pixel on our site for online advertising when you link to us from or interact with us on Facebook. You can find more information on Meta’s privacy and cookies information here.
When we talk about “cookies” in this notice, this term includes these similar technologies.
Session and persistent cookies
Cookies can be persistent or session cookies depending on the time that they remain on your device. A persistent cookie is stored on your device after your web browser is closed or once your session ends. It can be used to recognise your device when you open your browser and use the Site again. A session cookie exists temporarily on your device while your browser is open. It is deleted automatically once you leave the Site or close your browser, or shortly afterwards.
What cookies do we use and what information do they collect?
We use cookies that are essential for delivering our online store on the Site to you. For information about the specific cookies, the purposes for which we use them and their lifespans, please see here.
How you can control and say no to the cookies we use
For cookies other than strictly necessary or ‘essential’ cookies, we will ask for your opt-in consent before placing them on the Site.
You can change whether you do or don’t consent to us using cookies at any time by clicking here.
As well as the above, you can also change whether you do or don’t consent to us using cookies with the settings in your internet browser. You can also delete all cookies from all websites you have visited that are already on your device by clearing the browsing history of your internet browser.
