Yes, it is aggressive knurling with a hard chrome coating.

The Yoke is compatible with the following attachments: PR-5000 dip, landmine, utility horn, spotter arms, J-cups, and leg rollers. It is not compatible with the lat/low row attachment, standard pull-up bars, or pin-pipe, flip down, and strap safeties.

Note: We do not recommend using ISO arms with the Oxylus™ Yoke

Yes. Additional liners are available to purchase through the website.

It is recommended to remove the Carry Attachment but there is plenty of clearance to use the Yoke for carries (with the cross brace) while the Carry Attachment is mounted.

This isn’t a quick and easy pin pop. To assure safety and durability, it will require a little time and effort to install the attachments on the Yoke, especially the Carry Attachment. We recommend using two people to fix on the carry attachment

The Yoke components will ship in individual boxes. A Yoke on its own will ship UPS ground, or freight if being ordered with multiple items.
